I have just one issue with this page. If that's supposed to be a hotel or something, then where is it's huge neon sign? Not trying to be an art nazi or anything, but people are going to say worse things about smaller stuff to you later on.

that sky is pretty awesome. I can't help but feel like the building isn't in perspective with the camera angle. the camera is pointing at Hiro moving away from us, and the tall building, well it seems like it doesn't fit or there are 2 pictures in one. you almost pulled off this perspective and kudos to you for trying.
